Each plate served at the Enstitu Restaurant is a testimony to the care and passion of our dedicated chefs and talented students.
After completing their comprehensive foundational training, our students sharpen their skills and gain invaluable hands-on experience in the apprentice kitchen of the Enstitü Restaurant. Following our founding philosophy of “seasonal eating” and always using the freshest of ingredients, they lovingly prepare Enstitü’s regularly revised menus featuring Turkish and Mediterranean dishes.
With our breakfast menu featuring fresh pastries and cornbread made on the premises and our extensive lunch menu of daily and weekly specials, we are open 7:30 – 22:00 weekdays, 09:00 – 22:00 on Saturdays and 09:00-21:00 on Sundays.
The Enstitu Restaurant has a seating capacity of 74 over two floors. It is closed on holidays.
