Following its foundational “seasonal eating” philosophy, The Enstitu Restaurant features a daily changing menu of seasonal Turkish and Mediterranean dishes to its customers. Conceived with the objective of offering the familiar and popular items of traditional Turkish cuisine with a simple and elegant contemporary twist, following today’s cultural, aesthetic and hygenic standards, the Enstitü kitchen is also a training floor. It seeks to complement the intensive culinary training of IstCI students by hands-on experience in a fully equipped commercial kitchen designed to prepare them for professional careers in the industry at large.

 

With a seating capacity of 74 on two floors, the Enstitü Restaurant is open daily between 07.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on weekdays. It is closed on sundays and major holidays.
