Purpose

Enstitü’s purpose is to equip students with the necessary skills for working in a commercial restaurant, including the planning of a food-service operation, ordering and maintaining inventory, menu development, fundamentals of good service, what customers do/do not want, timing, teamwork; and presentation.
Enstitü is our window; where you will be able to see and test what many upcoming chefs can do after rigorous teaching and training.
Hours of operation:
Monday thru Friday 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. with table d’hote & alacarte menu.
Closed on Saturday & Sunday and major holidays.
