This program is designed for the continuing education of chefs currently working in the industry. Rather than focusing on technical skills, it is geared towards repertoire enrichment by exposure to international cuisines. Demos by guest chefs are intended as workshops for creating innovative recipes with diverse ingredients, menu design and exchange of ideas. Upon completion, participants receive the joint certificate of Kadir Has University and Istanbul Culinary Institute

Program fee includes the following set that participants receive at the beginning:

- All the ingredients to be used in the kitchen throughout the program
Program fee is 3500 TL to be paid in full or over 4-month installments only for Garanti Bankası credit cards.
