Olive harvest tours

IstCI is organizing olive harvest tours with the participation of Semsa Denizsel from Kantin between November 21-23, 2008.
Following the tour local food of Ayvalik and Edremit will be held on November 24-25, 2008 at the Enstitü.

Alain Ducasse experience is now at Istanbul Culinary Institute…

We are pleased to announce that Istanbul Culinary Institute will hold a new program with the collaboration of Alain Ducasse Formation in July for professionals.            adf2web.bmp

Alain Ducasse Formation (ADF) was established in Paris to train and educate professional chefs by combining the basic technique, local cuisines and spesific market needs. Also ADF has joined forces with great gastronomic schools in order to be able to set up particular events of training in cooking within premises.
