We are pleased to announce that Istanbul Culinary Institute will hold a new program with the collaboration of Alain Ducasse Formation in July for professionals. 
Alain Ducasse Formation (ADF) was established in Paris to train and educate professional chefs by combining the basic technique, local cuisines and spesific market needs. Also ADF has joined forces with great gastronomic schools in order to be able to set up particular events of training in cooking within premises.
