Amateur Cooking Classes

A monthly calendar of different short-courses introduces foodies to different culinary cultures and cuisines of the world. In these courses you can learn basic kitchen tecniques, knife skills, preperation of sauces, meat, poultry, seafood, pastires and dessert among other topics.
