Istanbul Culinary Institute is an educational and vocational center dedicated to the research, teaching and promotion of Turkish and Mediterranean cuisines.

Since January 2008, it offers professional certificate programs in cooking, pastry and restaurant management, and a variety of cooking classes for amateurs.

Students in the professional programs also gain hands-on experience in the kitchen of Enstitu, the center’s highly acclaimed practice restaurant, which serves familiar dishes with a creative contemporary twist.

Chefschool – Applied Professional Culinary Arts Certificate Program

Offered in collaboration with the Lifelong Education Center of Kadir Has University, this first and only university-certified program in the country is designed for those who are determined to pursue their dreams of becoming a chef, regardless of prior experience.
